Licensed Practical Nurse
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse:
The licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse provides skilled nursing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. The LPN performs selected skilled acts in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative or preventative nursing care. The LPN is responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individual’s custom experience and educational preparation.
Assigned to assist in a manner that will promote a quality, & safe environment for the client/patient.
Responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and providing nursing care as part of the health team.
Provides skilled narsing care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
